Kyra Minturn

 Kyra Minturn, who was born August 19 1965 was an American actress. She is also a producer and director. Her most well-known role is her role as the Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson in the TNT crime drama The Closer. Sedgwick was awarded the Golden Globe Award in 2007 for her performance as Johnson as well as an Emmy Award 2010 for her portrayal. After the end of the seventh season, the show was canceled on August 13, 2012. Sedgwick's role as Madeline Wuntch in the sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine is also notable. Sedgwick got a Golden Globe nomination for her role as Madeline Wuntch on Something to Talk About (1995).
